Industrial equipment
Diamond Truck Equipment
Strong offerings, a site that didn't match how customers search — and a Facebook page with nine followers.

The problem
Diamond Truck Equipment had the inventory and the reputation. What it didn't have was a digital presence that matched either.
The website filed products the way the catalogue was organised rather than the way buyers search, so people who were ready to buy stalled looking for the thing they'd already decided on. The Facebook page had nine followers.
What we did
We mapped the friction across navigation, messaging and product structure, then reorganised the site around how customers actually search and compare — not how the catalogue happened to be filed.
Social became a real channel rather than an afterthought: a consistent posting rhythm, inventory and upfit work shown as it happened, and paid support behind the posts that earned it. We also took on the Google Merchant feed, Google Ads, and the digital billboard placements.
The result
The Facebook page went from 9 followers to 497 in six months. Across the full twelve months we have tracked, that is 523 followers gained against 13 lost, 102,869 content views and 1,975 post interactions. January alone brought 269 new followers and 36,313 content views.
Organic search traffic doubled over the same stretch, from a smaller base.
