Over the past decade, I’ve built a career rooted in creativity, strategy, and results. My journey began in branding and communications for small businesses and nonprofits, where I learned how storytelling and consistent messaging shape public perception.

I’ve had the privilege's of working alongside organizations like Health Source Chiropractic, The Brew Coffeehouse, Medora Corporation, Rex Reviews & Rex Defense, Cerberus Security, Tactical Response, KX News, Killdeer Ambulance, Vision West ND, DLN Consulting, St. John ELC, and Diamond Truck Equipment — helping each develop a clear, engaging voice that connects with their audience while simultaneously forming systems in-house that keep them on the up-and-up.

In 2015, my focus was in digital marketing, growing businesses through SEO, social media, and content strategy. By blending design with data, I found my passion in creating systems that make brands both beautiful and effective. This was also the year I published my first book.

In 2017, I played a key role in launching a grassroots company by crafting its website, campaigns, and growth strategies. I later helped launch it’s successful Podcast (with some episodes reaching heights of 12,000 listens on SoundCloud) and became a Podcast and YouTube personality. This experience revealed to me that impactful branding goes far beyond aesthetics—it’s about purpose-driven storytelling that resonates. That company went on to being internationally recognized.

By 2021, as an Association Management Apprentice at a major nonprofit, I honed my skills in building strong systems, fostering clear communication, and leveraging stories to unite communities around shared goals. There, I deepened my expertise in strategy, stakeholder engagement, and nonprofit dynamics—insights that now empower me to infuse businesses with both structure and meaning.

By 2024, I was published in JUST YA, and honed in on my skills as a professional writer. I took some time to really look at the world around me under a creative lens. This propelled me into the next step of founding my own business, blending my knowledge in business development, marketing, web design, project management, strategic planning and creative works. This journey has shaped the expert I am today.

With over a decade of experience in marketing and design, I help businesses do more than just look impressive online—I help them build lasting trust, forge genuine connections with their audience, and achieve sustainable growth. I design brands that don’t just tell your story — they make people feel it.

Skillsets

Website Development

Webflow

Webflow is my platform of choice for modern, interactive websites that merge design precision with technical control. I use it for clients who want a fully custom, responsive experience without relying on templates. Its ability to blend visual design, CMS power, and clean code makes it perfect for brands that value both artistry and performance.

WordPress

WordPress is my go-to for larger or more complex projects that need scalability, integrations, or advanced functionality. It’s ideal for brands that plan to grow or evolve their digital presence — from blogs and portfolios to membership platforms and custom solutions.

Squarespace

Squarespace is a great option for small to mid-size businesses who want a streamlined, all-in-one platform that integrates sales, shipping, and marketing tools effortlessly. It allows brands to manage inventory, process orders, and automate shipping within the same dashboard — no third-party chaos. I use it when clients want a professional, polished website that’s easy to maintain, but still powerful enough to handle product sales, digital services, or subscription models.

Shopify

Shopify is my preferred platform for e-commerce brands. It offers a secure, seamless checkout experience, great analytics, and design flexibility — perfect for product-based businesses ready to scale.

Creative Design & Marketing

HubSpot (CRM & Marketing)

I use HubSpot as a client relationship and marketing hub (CRM/SRM) to streamline communication, lead tracking, and client nurturing. It’s a powerful platform for service-based brands and growing businesses that want to combine storytelling with strategy — automating workflows, tracking inquiries, and creating data-driven marketing campaigns that still feel personal and human.

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

For branding, web graphics, and video integration, I use Adobe Creative Suite to ensure every visual element — from logos to hero images to commercials — aligns with your brand story and cinematic aesthetic.

Figma & Canva

I use Figma for prototyping and UX design, especially during collaborative or strategy-heavy builds. Canva is used for client-facing templates and social content creation, ensuring your visuals stay consistent long after launch.

Email Marketing Tools (Constant Contact & Mailchimp)

I’m proficient in Constant Contact and Mailchimp for client communications, newsletters, and automated marketing campaigns. These tools integrate beautifully with website forms and e-commerce systems, making it easy to capture leads, onboard clients, and nurture audiences with on-brand storytelling.

Technical

Other Technical Expertise

In addition to design and strategy tools, I’m skilled in the technical side of digital operations and integrations:

Languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom styling, minor development, and front-end problem solving.

Integrations: Experience connecting EasyShip, Shopify, Square, PayPal, and Stripe for seamless checkout and shipping solutions.

Email & Admin Systems: Proficient in Microsoft 365 — including admin-level tasks like setting up new user accounts, managing permissions, and configuring business email systems for small teams.

Automation & Infrastructure: I often create backend efficiencies through workflow automations, client intake forms, and CRM integrations that save time while enhancing client experience.
